Current market environment performance of dynamic, risk-managed investment solutions.

U.S. equity markets posted gains in all three indexes last week. The S&P 500 went up 1.53%, the NASDAQ Composite went up 0.72%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 1.78%. All 11 sectors were up last week; Utilities, which posted the best return, went up 3.04%. Ten of the 11 Quantified Funds were up last week: The Quantified Rising Dividend Tactical Fund (QRDTX) increased by 2.72%, the Quantified Market Leaders Fund (QMLFX) gained 2.44%, the Quantified Government Income Tactical Fund (QGITX) increased by 2.41%, the Quantified Tactical Sectors Fund (QTSSX) was up 2.29%, the Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund (QFITX) increased by 1.42%, the Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund (QSPMX) went up 1.37%, the Quantified Common Ground Fund (QCGDX) went up 1.24%, the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund (QALTX) gained 1.08%, the Quantified Managed Income Fund (QBDSX) increased by 0.71%, the Quantified STF Fund (QSTFX) was up 0.11%, and the Quantified Evolution Plus Fund (QEVOX) lost 1.46%.

The Market Environment Indicator (MEI) was bullish Friday morning last week. Equity asset-class allocations in the Quantified Market Leaders Fund were the following: Large-Cap Value (30.26%), Small-Cap Value (7.57%), Mid-Cap Value (7.01%), Energy (18.92%), and Large-Cap Blend (15.13%). Total sector ETF weightings were at 72.44%, holding exposures to Mid-Cap Value, Industrials, and Health Care.

The cash level within the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund decreased by 4.34% last week (26.14%). The largest allocation increase and decrease, respectively, within the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund (QALTX) last week were the following: Allocation to the SPDR S&P Global Infrastructure ETF (GII, 1.25%) increased by 1.25%, while allocation to the FlexShares Global Upstream Natural Resources Index Fund (GUNR, 2.24%) decreased by 1.03%. Last week, the funds were up 2.25% and 2.06%, respectively.

The capital allocation of the volatility-based systematic trading of NASDAQ 100 Index futures held a 3% net short exposure throughout the week.

The capital allocation to 30-year U.S. Treasury bond futures in the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund held a 12% net long exposure throughout the week.

The QFC Self-adjusting Trend Following strategy's signal of exposure in the NASDAQ 100 Index (NDX) held a 0% net long exposure throughout the week. The Quantified STF Fund (QSTFX) went up 0.11% for the week, compared to a gain of 0.68% for the NASDAQ 100 Index (NDX) and a gain of 0.66% for the Rydex Series NASDAQ 100 Fund (RYHOX), a current potential holding of the STF strategy.

The Quantified Managed Income Fund's (QBDSX) largest ETF allocations were the Invesco DB US Dollar Index Bullish Fund (UUP, 18.40%) and the SPDR Bloomberg High Yield Bond ETF (JNK, 4%). Last week, the securities were down 0.80% and up 1.01%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 61.61%.

The 10-year U.S. Treasury closed the week down 3.86%. The capital allocation to 30-year U.S. Treasury bond futures in the Quantified Managed Income Fund held an 18% net long exposure throughout the week. The S&P 500 E-mini futures held a 6.50% net short exposure throughout the week.

The Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund (QSPMX) held a 60% net long exposure throughout the week.

The Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund (QFITX) held a 46.80% net long exposure to Treasurys and a 0% net long exposure to high-yield bonds throughout the week.

The Quantified Government Income Tactical Fund (QGITX) started the week with a 66.30% net long exposure to Treasurys. On Tuesday, the position shifted to an 87.10% net long exposure to Treasurys. On Wednesday, the position changed to a 66.30% net long exposure to Treasurys.

The Quantified Evolution Plus Fund (QEVOX) had the following allocations at the end of last week: 65% in the U.S. dollar, 26% in cash, and 9% in commodities.

The Quantified Common Ground Fund's (QCGDX) largest allocations were Amgen Incorporated (AMGN, 5.48%) and First Horizon Corporation (FHN, 5.26%). Last week, the securities were down 1.24% and up 1.27%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 26.89%.

The Quantified Tactical Sectors Fund (QTSSX) had the following allocations last Friday: the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE, 39%), the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV, 39%), the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLI, 39%), and the Vanguard Health Care ETF (VHT, 39%).

The Quantified Rising Dividend Fund (QRDTX) was bullish at the end of last week.
