Current market environment performance of dynamic, risk-managed investment solutions.

U.S. equity markets posted losses in all three indexes last week. The S&P 500 was down 1.50%, the NASDAQ Composite was down 3.23%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average went down 0.56%. Five of the 11 sectors were up last week; Health Care, which posted the best return, increased by 2.10%. Three of the 11 Quantified Funds were up last week: The Quantified Government Income Tactical Fund (QGITX) rose 0.58%, the Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund (QSPMX) was up 0.50%, the Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund (QFITX) increased by 0.27%, the Quantified Global Fund (QGBLX) was down 0.49%, the Quantified Managed Income Fund (QBDSX) decreased by 0.62%, the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund (QALTX) decreased by 1.13%, the Quantified Common Ground Fund (QCGDX) went down 1.76%, the Quantified Rising Dividend Tactical Fund (QRDTX) decreased by 1.82%, the Quantified Tactical Sectors Fund (QTSSX) went down 3.51%, the Quantified Market Leaders Fund (QMLFX) went down 3.91%, the Quantified Evolution Plus Fund (QEVOX) fell 4.12%, and the Quantified STF Fund (QSTFX) went down 6.51%.

The Market Environment Indicator (MEI) was bullish Friday morning last week. Equity asset-class allocations in the Quantified Market Leaders Fund were the following: Small-Cap Value (15.13%), Mid-Cap Value (7.57%), Large-Cap Growth (30.26%), and Mid-Cap Growth (22.70%). Total sector ETF weightings were at 75.66%, holding exposures to Financials and Technology.

The cash level within the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund increased by 3.24% last week (15.58%). The largest allocation increase and decrease, respectively, within the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund (QALTX) last week were the following: Allocation to the PIMCO Credit Opportunities Bond Fund (PCARX, 1.35%) increased by 1.35%, while allocation to the Fidelity MSCI Consumer Discretionary Index ETF (FDIS, 1.78%) decreased by 1.78%. Last week, the funds were down 0.53% and 3.56%, respectively.

The capital allocation of the volatility-based systematic trading of NASDAQ 100 Index futures started the week with a 7% net long exposure. On Wednesday, the position moved to a 6% net long exposure.

The capital allocation to 30-year U.S. Treasury bond futures in the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund started the week with a 12% net long exposure. On Tuesday, the position changed to a 10% net short exposure.

The QFC Self-adjusting Trend Following strategy's signal of exposure in the NASDAQ 100 Index (NDX) held a 200% net long exposure throughout the week. The Quantified STF Fund (QSTFX) lost 6.51% for the week, compared to a loss of 3.07% for the NASDAQ 100 Index (NDX) and a loss of 3.10% for the Rydex Series NASDAQ 100 Fund (RYHOX), a current potential holding of the STF strategy.

The Quantified Managed Income Fund's (QBDSX) largest ETF allocations were the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT, 17.63%) and the Invesco Senior Loan ETF (BKLN, 6.38%). Last week, the securities were down 2.62% and 0.19%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 32.01%.

The 10-year U.S. Treasury closed the week up 4.30%. The capital allocation to 30-year U.S. Treasury bond futures in the Quantified Managed Income Fund started the week with an 18% net long exposure. On Tuesday, the position switched to a 15% net short exposure. The S&P 500 E-mini futures held a 6.50% net short exposure throughout the week.

The Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund (QSPMX) started the week with a 120% net short exposure. On Tuesday, the position shifted to a 30% net long exposure. On Wednesday, the position changed to a 120% net long exposure. On Thursday, the position switched to a 190% net long exposure. On Friday, the position shifted to a 130% net long exposure.

The Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund (QFITX) started the week with a 33% net short exposure to Treasurys and a 27.60% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Tuesday, the position switched to a 10.40% net long exposure to Treasurys and a 27.60% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Wednesday, the position reallocated to a 4.40% net short exposure to Treasurys and a 26.40% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Thursday, the position changed to a 55% net short exposure to Treasurys and a 0% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Friday, the position reallocated to a 13% net long exposure to Treasurys and a 26.40% net long exposure to high-yield bonds.

The Quantified Government Income Tactical Fund (QGITX) started the week with a 42.90% net short exposure to Treasurys. On Tuesday, the position reallocated to a 4.40% net short exposure to Treasurys. On Wednesday, the position shifted to a 13.20% net short exposure to Treasurys. On Thursday, the position shifted to a 55% net short exposure to Treasurys. On Friday, the position switched to a 9.10% net long exposure to Treasurys.

The Quantified Evolution Plus Fund (QEVOX) had the following allocations at the end of last week: 34% in long-term Treasurys, 29% in international equities, 25% in the S&P 500, 6% in the NASDAQ 100, and 6% in cash.

The Quantified Common Ground Fund's (QCGDX) largest allocations were Vistra Corp. (VST, 3.92%) and Costco Wholesale Corp. (COST, 3.43%). Last week, the securities were up 0.18% and down 0.62%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 2.50%.

The Quantified Global Fund's (QGBLX) largest allocations were the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY, 9.26%) and the Invesco QQQ ETF Trust (QQQ, 9.26%). Last week, the securities were down 1.55% and 3.12%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 2.50%.

The Quantified Tactical Sectors Fund (QTSSX) had the following allocations last Friday: the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF, 39.01%), the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK, 39%), the Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT, 39%), and the Vanguard Financials ETF (VFH, 39%).

The Quantified Rising Dividend Fund (QRDTX) was bullish at the end of last week.
